Saw this cooking method on masterchef and had to give it a good wanted something decent quality easy to use and I'm glad I made the right choice just filled with water drop the bag in set temperature and im done been doing a lot more cooking during the isolation period my wife was very happy meals come out far better than expected
Delivery was very quick and well packed! My first try was some wagu beef set temperature at 54.5degrees left in for just over 2 hours removed and seared on hot bbq and turned out perfectly cooked so pleased with my purchase would recommend this to anyone looking to explore other cooking techniques
Love the product and cant believe how quickly you got it to me. If I was to find any fault it may be finger prints on the stainless steel. Other than that very happy
Bought this and the sealer at the same time and very pleased in the way this cooks my steaks perfectly through, out of the water bath on to the Weber sear station for 30 seconds a side and you have a perfect steak every time.

However I would have bought an alternative directly if i could as I went to 3 stores Harvey Norman , Good Guys, etc . But it did arrive promptly. I havent used it enough to know if all the blurb about this style of cooking is jusified. Im still out on that.
Firstly the water bath, the vacuum packer and the recipe book arrived in ample time to be my wife's Christmas present with Brent taking the time to call and explain the book would be arriving separately. So far salmon perfect and lamb shanks divine with this new cooking experience. Looking forward to steak and chops for further adventure!
Christmas present for my husband - and great fun! The Sous Vide Pro is efficient - cooking poached eggs and vegetables so far! Salmon tonight. Wonderful to be able to reproduce some of those restaurant-quality meals at home. Service and follow-up from Sous Vide Chef was excellent with timely delivery. Thank you, Brent!
First thing we cooked in the sous vide pro water bath was two racks of lamb. Put some rosemary on the top before vacuum sealing, cooked at 60 degrees for 1 hour, removed and gave them a really quick sear in a pan - result - perfectly cooked lamb that was so tender and moist. Took our home cooking to another level. Great customer service including phone contact about including more rolls of film for the sealer. Couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase.
This was my first time doing sous vide and must admit it was pretty easy and happy with results :)
