Staged Vacuum All models have a staged vacuum program for soft and porous products. The vacuum process makes several pauses before reaching the final programmed vacuum. This allows the removal of the air trapped in the product. This allows for better conditions for the subsequent preservation of the product and vacuum cooking which is much more accurate.
Label Printing System Thanks for the exclusive label printing system, it is possible to print laminated labels which are resistant to low temperature directly from the vacuum packer, without requiring intermediary hardware. The label contains the name of the product, the vacuum value, the date of the packaging, the expiry date and the preservation temperature, guaranteeing correct HACCP tracking.
H20 Sensor Thanks to the new system for detecting the evaporation point of whatever product is being packed, the vacuum process automatically stops when humidity is present, preventing spillage of liquids into the chamber ensuring maximum possible vacuum for each product. The vacuum time is always the optimal time for the product being packaged and there is no drying out of the product or contamination of the oil in the pump.
Connectivity & SammicVAC App Thanks to connectivity via Bluetooth to mobile devices and the free SammicVAC app, it is possible to program cycles by the name of the product, as well as to design labels.
Memory of Programs In the entire range it is possible to memorise 25 different vacuum programs. Via the app, programs can be blocked to avoid undesired changes being made by the operators and also customized with names and/or specific numbers.
Inert Gas Injections The inert gas injection systems comes standard on all SU models. This function allows you to package in a protective atmosphere. Depending on the gas employed and the product to be packaged, it obtains enhanced conservation, improvement in its appearance and avoids damage in the case of fragile products.
Intelligent, Progressive Decompression The SU packaging machines have soft air inlet valve into the chamber for progressive decompression. This is useful for preventing the puncturing of the bag in the case of products which require special protection or the ones with sharp edges, or for soft of fragile products.
Equipped with a high precision sensor and Busch pumps, leaders on the market, all of the models offer the possibility of obtaining an accurate vacuum for a perfect result.

How Long to my Item Arrives
In most cases items are shipped via courier and arrive within 2-5 business days after being sent if you are in Western Australia or a remote area it may taken an additional 1-2 days to arrive. All items are sent with tracking information which will be emailed you once the order has shipped. * Please note if you are having a item shipped to a P.O Box these will be sent via Australia Post and can take slightly longer then normal delivery estimates via a courier. ** Sous Vide Chef has no control over when a item is in transit in the unlikely event additional delays do occur Sous Vide Chef will work with you to resolve any issues.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Change of Mind:
Sous Vide Chef knows you'll love our products! we do understand that you may change your mind. In the unlikely event you wish to return the item the following conditions do apply:
You are responsible for all shipping charges including the return shipping and initial delivery charge even if you received free shipping.
The item must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition to be eligible for a return & refund. If it's determined that the items have been used or not in the original condition and not in a resalable condition the return & refund will be voided.
A re-stocking fee of 10% of the full purchase price may apply.
Cancellations & Refunds:
