Put some rosemary on the top before vacuum sealing, cooked at 60 degrees for 1 hour, removed and gave them a really quick sear in a pan - result - perfectly cooked lamb that was so tender and moist. In most cases items are shipped via courier and arrive within 2-5 business days after being sent if you are in Western Australia or a remote area it may taken an additional 1-2 days to arrive. All items are sent with tracking information which will be emailed you once the order has shipped.
* Please note if you are having a item shipped to a P.O Box these will be sent via Australia Post and can take slightly longer then normal delivery estimates via a courier.
** Sous Vide Chef has no control over when a item is in transit in the unlikely event additional delays do occur Sous Vide Chef will work with you to resolve any issues.
