As it's only my husband and I we wanted to prepare meals quickly and easily Brent advised us that sous vide was the best option and explained the basics although I thought it didn't sound that easy as he made out I was quite surprised it was been putting it to good use so far sure will cook many meals in the future with it
great sous vide machine so easy to use heats up water quick temperature seems accurate I have cooked some amazing meals so far to perfection as my kids would say.
