Rapid delivery in a time of delayed deliveries. - thank you. I have been sous viding for about 5 years and cannot believe I was so ****** as not to have bought a chamber sealer before. The Proline attracted me because of its features and particularly its light weight compared to other commercial grade machines. The ability to seal pouches with liquid or oil in them greatly increases the range of sous vide meals you can cook. Forget Archimedes type sealing - always incomplete. If you sous vide - you need a chamber unit. So far this one is great.

I absolutely love this machine. Vacuum sealing saves so much space in the freezer its amazing. We have done stewed fruits and lots of meat and i wished I’d had this years ago. Service and follow up was great too.

First of all Brent has been super helpful. Trouble free online shopping and delivery. The machine is great. My first chamber vacuum sealer. I have used it extensively and made some mess vacuuming liquid/sauce. Pros, customisable vacuum duration and sealing time. Stainless steel, easy to clean.Big but not too bulky. As expected for chamber vacuum. Side handle/recess to carry around. Free vacuum bags that come with this model made it so worth it. Cons, I wish the lid is dome shaped to accommodate big/tall items. I was not able to vacuum leg of lamb. I have to use my suction vacuum machine. Good to have both types. Finally, the great thing about vacuum chamber is the ability to vacuum liquid. Make sure the liquid is cool and plenty of room for expansion. I learnt it the hard way.
