The Henkelman Boxer 42 with ACS controller as standard is a modern tabletop model with a full range of vacuum, HCCAP and MAP packaging options. It has user-friendly digital program and maintenance functions, allowing easy use of the full product.

Items sealed in a vacuum bag will have a longer shelf life, optimal hygiene and no contamination of the product. The sealer hermetically seals the bags, preventing any bacteria entering, the loss of moisture and mold growth. The value of the product is sure to be prolonged when vacuum-sealed with the Henkelman Boxer 42.

          How Long to my Item is Shipped?

          Sous Vide Chef takes pride in being able to have items in most cases items are sent out within 1-2 business days of ordering, If the item is out of stock or there is a delay on the shipment to what is stated above we will contact you personally. 

          I need my item by a certain date

          How Long to my Item Arrives

          In most cases items are shipped via courier and arrive within 2-5 business days after being sent if you are in Western Australia or a remote area it may taken an additional 1-2 days to arrive. All items are sent with tracking information which will be emailed you once the order has shipped.
          * Please note if you are having a item shipped to a P.O Box these will be sent via Australia Post and can take slightly longer then normal delivery estimates via a courier.
          ** Sous Vide Chef has no control over when a item is in transit in the unlikely event additional delays do occur Sous Vide Chef will work with you to resolve any issues. 

          Shipping Conditions Over $250

          We like to make things simple! so all items over $250 will have FREE SHIPPING! with some exclusions: 

          Please note that Northern Territory (NT) & some remote locations of Australia will not be eligible for the free shipping.           We like to make things simple! so all items under $250 will have a flat shipping rate of $20 with some exclusions:

          Order Confirmation:

          As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


          Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@sousvidechef.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

          Change of Mind:

          Sous Vide Chef knows you'll love our products! we do understand  that you may change your mind. In the unlikely event you wish to return the item the following conditions do apply: 

          • You are responsible for all shipping charges including the return shipping and initial delivery charge even if you received free shipping.
          • The item must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition to be eligible for a return & refund. If it's determined that the items have been used or  not in the original condition and not in a resalable condition the return & refund will be voided.
          • A re-stocking fee of 10% of the full purchase price may apply. 

          Cancellations & Refunds:

          All orders cancelled prior to being shipped are subject to a $20 administration fee, If your order(s) has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and initial shipping charges even if you have received free shipping.
