The Control Freak™ induction cooking system is the first of its kind to accurately measure, set and hold 220 cooking temperatures from 30°- 250°C. The unique real-time sensing system uses a through-glass sensor to directly measure surface temperature. Probe Control™ remote thermometer precisely controls the temperature of both water and fat-based liquids. The Intensity function gives incredible control over the heat up speed to the set temperature. A Create function stores frequently used custom temperature profiles for a simple one-touch recall.

How Long to my Item Arrives
In most cases items are shipped via courier and arrive within 2-5 business days after being sent if you are in Western Australia or a remote area it may taken an additional 1-2 days to arrive. All items are sent with tracking information which will be emailed you once the order has shipped. * Please note if you are having a item shipped to a P.O Box these will be sent via Australia Post and can take slightly longer then normal delivery estimates via a courier. ** Sous Vide Chef has no control over when a item is in transit in the unlikely event additional delays do occur Sous Vide Chef will work with you to resolve any issues.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Change of Mind:
Sous Vide Chef knows you'll love our products! we do understand that you may change your mind. In the unlikely event you wish to return the item the following conditions do apply:
You are responsible for all shipping charges including the return shipping and initial delivery charge even if you received free shipping.
The item must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition to be eligible for a return & refund. If it's determined that the items have been used or not in the original condition and not in a resalable condition the return & refund will be voided.
A re-stocking fee of 10% of the full purchase price may apply.
