The HydroPro™ Plus Sous Vide Immersion Circulator initiates a new generation of professional sous vide immersion circulators. Featuring Sous Vide Toolbox™, an intuitive on-board guided cooking experience that simplifies sous vide cooking by using scientific algorithms to calculate time to temperature and pasteurization for a vast range of foods.
Featuring a powerful 1450W heater and variable speed 17 litre pers minute pumping system with 360° adjustable flow direction delivers precision control (+/- 0.1ºC) up to a 45-litre bath with lid, and now its IPX7 water resistant construction for protection against accidental submersion. It's the ideal Sous Vide Machine for any kitchen home or commercial.
An intuitive on-board guided cooking experience that simplifies sous vide cooking by using scientific algorithms to calculate time to temperature and pasteurization for a vast range of foods. Sous Vide Toolbox now includes food types such as grains, vegetables, fruits, custards, and more!
Designed with food safety and simple maintenance in mind, the design features a smooth waterproof construction and quick-release clamp. The immersion circulator can easily be detached and re-oriented to face any direction. The tension clamp holds the unit firmly in place during operation and enables the device to be quickly removed for cleanup.
The pumping system is the first of its kind. The impeller features tool-less removal for easy cleaning. Pump direction is adjustable with the rotating base. The flow speed is adjustable too with three speeds for gentle low circulation or aggressive pumping in large baths.
Exclusive to the HydroPro™ Plus is a digital needle probe that displays the core temperature of the food as it cooks, enabling sous vide delta cooking (cooking food at a higher water temperature than the final desired food temperature). Delta cooking delivers shorter cooking times while preserving the precision results of Sous Vide. Core food cooking and cooling temperatures are effortlessly recorded for HACCP compliance.
Replicate your results. Store your most frequently used sous vide for easy recall with preset programs. Programs may include a name, temperature, timer, and flow speed.
The digital needle probe of the HydroPro™ Plus allows for temperature data logging of the sous vide cooking and cooling process for HACCP compliance. These data logs are automatically transferred to the PolyScience HACCP Manager™ App (on Android and iOS) via Bluetooth. The app makes it easy and economical to store & manage all sous vide HACCP reports across multiple HydroPro Plus models, even those at multiple locations.
Smooth construction and tool-less disassembly of commercial dishwasher safe components make the circulator easy to clean. Access to the pump assembly is possible through a removable foot and magnetic impeller. The exterior only needs to be wiped with a soft cloth after removing an adjustable, quick-release clamp. A padded carrying case for storage and transport is included.

How Long to my Item Arrives
In most cases items are shipped via courier and arrive within 2-5 business days after being sent if you are in Western Australia or a remote area it may taken an additional 1-2 days to arrive. All items are sent with tracking information which will be emailed you once the order has shipped.
* Please note if you are having a item shipped to a P.O Box these will be sent via Australia Post and can take slightly longer then normal delivery estimates via a courier.
** Sous Vide Chef has no control over when a item is in transit in the unlikely event additional delays do occur Sous Vide Chef will work with you to resolve any issues.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@sousvidechef.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Change of Mind:
Sous Vide Chef knows you'll love our products! we do understand that you may change your mind. In the unlikely event you wish to return the item the following conditions do apply:
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled prior to being shipped are subject to a $20 administration fee, If your order(s) has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and initial shipping charges even if you have received free shipping. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order(s)
