My Chefs are very impressed with this Sous Vide and this only ato be temporary until we got our new PoyScience Professional arrives we have 2 poly science yet the Chefs are happy with this very cheap alternative
The product is a very good sous vide machine, holds temperature very well and circulates well. However it needs the container to be very full (minimum water level is 12cm), and the clamp needs a very even surface.
I enjoy cooking and was looking for a reliable unit for home something that connects easy to my pot couldn't be happier temperature seems very consistent lcd screen is easy to read overall happy purchase!
